Date: 2020-02-24 12:04 pm (UTC)Хохма с "сет-апами" же в том, что при нужных "джигах" они в большинстве своём делаются легко и просто. А вот разработка и изготовление приспособлений да, очень отдельная статья расходов. Окупается только в массовом производстве.
Хотя меня лично внешние формы большинства оружейных деталей хтонически пугают, угу. Я представляю себе как такое выпиливать напильником (долго), но на станках, да без ЧПУ — .

Date: 2020-02-25 01:45 pm (UTC)Станки в массовом производстве никто не перенастраивает. Каждый настроен на одну операцию или несколько схожих. Вот большинство машинистов да, в основном будет заниматься именно ей за ограниченностью станочного парка, но так штучное всегда дороже.
